A conversation with Ian tonight...
Ian: What's that noise outside?
Me: It's the wind. It's really getting cold.
Ian: Why is it getting cold?
Me: Because it's winter time.
Ian: Winter? Huh?
Me: Yes, Ian...it's winter time.
Ian: But mommy...Christmas is over so it can't be winter.
How can you argue with that?

I agree!!! Bring on the SPRING weather! We do live in Texas, so you never know...today it's in the 60s & tomorrow it is supposed to be bitter cold....we'll see! Maybe we should just have Christmas all winter!!!

Grace and I had a pretty similar conversation today. She thinks it's cold outside b/c I'm wearing my "snow" pjs, but Christmas is over and doesn't understand why I'm still wearing them.
